Order in 3 Simple Steps

Order online with us by filling out the form here.
Step 2
Once your order is placed, we’ll send the Oracle End User License Agreement (EULA) to you via email. This document, called the Transactional – Oracle Master Agreement (TOMA), will come from noreply-storeadmin@oal.oraclecloud.com. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
Inside the TOMA, you’ll find your company and contact details, as well as a link to Oracle’s terms and conditions. Review and confirm these details, and accept the terms. Once you hit accept, we’ll receive a unique TOMA “key” linked to your purchase, allowing us to complete your order.
Step 3
Once everything is set up, Oracle will create a unique Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number for you. This CSI verifies your purchase and is your ticket to submitting support requests with Oracle’s support team. Please allow a few business days for this process to be completed.
Then, Oracle will send you a welcome email with the details of your order, including how to access Oracle Support portals and your Customer Support Identifier (CSI) or Account number. This email typically arrives about five days after your order is processed. If you have not received your email after five days, reach out to us, and we’ll ask Oracle to resend it.
