1. Stabilizing Enterprise Project Controls Operations CMC provided project scheduling support and operational planning guidance across active renewable energy projects while helping standardize how schedules were maintained, measured, and communicated.

Clarifying schedule ownership and responsibilities across teams

2. Maturing the Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM Platform Beyond project-level support, CMC helped strengthen Strata’s Primavera P6 EPPM operating environment so the platform could better support long-term enterprise needs.

Guidance on best practices for platform configuration, user roles, and operational workflows
